HowToADHD is an ADHD toolbox providing tips, strategies, and insights into ADHD. And, it’s so much more than that! This quickly growing YouTube channel has grown into an amazing community. Created by Jessica McCabe, along with the support of her then-boyfriend (now-husband), Edward, HowToADHD is a fun, engaging, and heartfelt platform reaching millions of “Brains” (the individuals who benefit directly from the toolbox) and “Hearts” (the people who love an support them).

TotallyADD is dedicated to helping adults with ADD / ADHD and those affected by it (family, employers, health professionals, etc.) to liberate themselves from fear, shame and stigma … and create a life they love. Following the success of the ADHD documentary, ADD & Loving It?!  (produced by comedy writer/director/actor Rick Green and his wife Ava), the groundbreaking website TotallyADD produces hundreds of videos, a blog and articles about ADHD all delivered with a healthy dose of humor, knowledge and social interaction.
